Is he on the way to jail? or will the money that he embezzled help him stay out of prison and put other innocent people in prison?
Is he on the way for impeachment?
Judge Edward Korman Of the Federal court of the Eastern District of NY has embezzled and atempted to embezzle tens of millions of dollars.The matter is pending before the court of appeals of the second circuit in case 06-2521-CV. He threatened the appellant with arrest and declined to provide documents to exonerate himself from allegations of bribes,cronyism and other corruption. Investigations before the FBI,The Disciplinary commission of the Judicary,Senate judiciary committtee,Congress judiciary committee,are all pending. Will he be impeached?
